Anyone have a solution? Outlook re installed, Google Apps Sync reinstalled, all on the same versions, inbox clean up tool used, all reduced to the same file size then all set up as unlimited. Days, weeks, then months went by and no email coming in to some users for their delegate inbox. Several support sessions later and we are now not using a single delegate email address for any department as the emails started to not sync at all. The issue with this is they do everything else in Outlook and then use the gmail interface only for the common inbox and then have to forward the email to themselves if they need to handle it personally and have replies come to the individual instead of the common inbox address. So, now we are no longer relying upon the delegate email to synchronize and simply access it in the gmail interface. This began a year and a month ago and progressively got worse. What we discovered was the common inboxes, delegated email addresses, are not synchronizing uniformly. These common inboxes are checked by the department and then handled appropriately. We have several common inboxes, by department primarily, and some are delegated to four or five people. The majority of our users sync with Outlook as they like the ease of managing emails, drag and drop attachments, opening attachments. ![]() We migrated to Google Apps Premier (for business or a host of other names over the past couple of years). ![]()
